Otakon = amazing. Just fyi.

Day one started with over three hours in line waiting to get in and register. We met some awesome people in line, so that was good. But still. THREE HOURS. That really contributed to our being exhausted thing. Plus we both had our chests bound so we were like...unable to breathe. Oh Baltimore in the summer.

Once we got in, we spent a good hour hunting for the fountains so we could get to the Yugioh photoshoot. WAY TO GO US. We followed an Ishizu and a Kaiba thinking they knew where they were going, but apparently they didn't either because they asked us for help. EVENTUALLY we found it :D And it was AWESOME. The Malik cosplayer was super awesome~

Then the wandering around began! We found the dealers room and made it about, oh, 1/4 of the way through. Seriously. IT'S HUGE. Tekkoshocon is nothing compared to this. I was kind of in overwhelmed excitement all day. But yeah, I hit up the yaoi doujin table pretty early on and drooled over that for awhile...then hunted around for stuff to hang off my DS.

We left the con to get lunch after that & then went back to the hotel just to rebind ourselves and rest for a second. One three hour nap later...we made it back to the con in time to look at the artists alley and buy ygo abridged t-shirts :D Then we went to the cosplay pajama party and watched them play duck duck goose. Until security stopped them XD We also sat down and played the yugioh card game for awhile, that was fun.

And then dinner...at about 11:30. Oh man. Good times. Then I uploaded pictures and passed out.

I have tons to type up about the fun day of cooking I had with Hannah yesterday, but FIRST. OH MY GOD. My mother sent me to the grocery store to pick some stuff up. AND LOOK WHAT I FOUND THERE.



I had a huge freak out and grabbed it like a person lost in a desert finding water. I was on the phone with Patti and all I could do was just SQUEE. LIKE SO MUCH SQUEEING. When I finally got home and opened it, I was practically drooling over the article. SO HAPPY. AHHHHH :D

oh man oh man, it's been too long. I've just been SO BUSY.

I just...keep forgetting to update D: I've been busy busy.

My winter break was amazing. I had six weeks off and they were very very fun <3 I spent a lot of time with Patti, of course, and a lot of time working. I also went to Palm Beach for a week to visit Cait, which was SO COOL. Er, warm, actually, since I went to the beach and such.

Today I returned to Goucher~ I miss Patti like crazy already D: But she's going to visit me for Valentines day, so that will be nice. I miss her though, like a lot. a lot a lot a lot. I had a lot of trouble convincing myself to leave, but I know that we will love each other no matter where we are. Still, being apart is hard D:

I will try to be better at keeping track of my life...that's kind of my goal for the new year :D

Also, my dorm room is way overheated. I have the window open and it's under 30 degrees outside XD

I should have posted this earlier, but I was busy all day D: However, happy birthday my love, I hope it was wonderful ♥

Today is Killian & Patti's one year anniversary!!!!

Everyone be happy for us :D I only wish I could spend this day with her...I miss Patti a lot, especially today ♥

Someday I shall post the story of how we got together...I'm just lazy today XD

Classes haven't even started yet and I'm still fairly busy...any free time I have is spent talking to Patti ♥ I miss her so much, but I can take a Greyhound bus to see her for a weekend and it's under $80. I think I'll end up doing that once a month, if I can afford it.

I miss her loads, I can't even describe it really well. All summer I saw her nearly every day...I think the longest we went without seeing each other was four days? So this is going to be a MASSIVE change.

I have been making some amazing friends at college, though! Randi, my roommate, is supa spiff :D And I've met other people from my dorm and around campus that are hilarious and great so far. I don't know yet who will be my "close friends" and who will just be acquaintances, of course. But we'll see as the year goes on.

Anyway, I have to sleep and write my letter to Patti for the day ♥ I think Wednesday I should have time to update on everything that has happened so far!!!

My spring break has been sooo busy D: Tomorrow is the last day, though...I go back to school on Tuesday. Then I can catch up on LJ stuffs. I have been spending every day either working, at crew, or with Patti. I got my license!!!! So I have been driving all over the place. It's great :D

ALSO. Important thing: I auditioned for and got into cast for the Great Lakes Medieval Faire. It's so exciting :D :D :D

Real update when I have time (aka on Tuesday).

HI. This is a busy Killian. She is made of no free time, because school is evil and her girlfriend is amazing <3

But yeah, I've been supa busy, and I don't know when that will end. And I'm still mourning the death of GJ. BUT I SHALL TRY TO BE AROUND!!! I really will :D So...yeah. Real entry when it's not two in the morning.

Blargah. I hate my internet service D: I haven't had internet for the past two days...and it's still only slightly working D: Verizon said it should be fixed within a few more days, but AGH. AGH. I hate Verizon, I've had nothing but troubles from them (with the internet AND my cell phone) but my mother insists on them, for some reason.

Anyway! It's been awhile D: Before the internet death, I was just super busy working. GameStop = crazy during the holidays. I worked 23 hours last week O_O That's crazy, I've never had a job like this before~ But I love it, so it's good.

Christmas was pretty good. I got a $50 gift card for eBay and some other small things. The gift card was the best :3 I spent it on Axel and Roxas figures. I'll finally have the complete set :D And then last night I spent the last of it a pretty corset top thing (I had to spend some of my own money on that, as well). My aunt got my PotC3, which made me SO HAPPY. I love that movie and the memories that go with it ♥

I saw Patti on Friday, which was awesome. It was a spur of the moment thing, which made it even better. I hadn't expected to see her until new years' eve, so it was a lovely surprise. We watched some movies (Sleepy Hollow and the first half of the Fellowship of the Ring) and ordered Chinese. It was just, oh, amazing. I love being with her. And movies are awesome, we get to cuddle and such :D

Then new years' eve was awesome as well. We went out for lunch and then saw Sweeney Todd. My gosh, I fucking love that movie now. I've been listening to the music almost nonstop since then. It's so sad and just so, so good. After the movie, we went to Barnes & Noble until my parents could pick us up.

We went back to my house and watched The Corpse Bride. My dad randomly has all these DVDs (like, 50 of them) and I didn't know this until this past weekend. wtf. Anyway, after that my parents and brother decided to go to a party at their friend's house, leaving the house to us. We finished watching FotR and talked until about 5 minutes before midnight, at which point my parents came back.

So, then we watched the ball drop and drank champagne. And kissed at midnight ♥ I never thought I'd have anyone to be with and now I have her, and it is just so, so wonderful. I am so happy all the time :D

Tomorrow I'm getting my hair cut at a nice salon as one of my birthday presents. Oh, yes, my birthday is in less than a week! I'll be 18 on the 8th :D I'm so excited! Patti's coming over on Saturday and my mom's making a nice dinner. Usually we go out somewhere, but we can't afford it this year. Ah, well. It'll still be nice, my mother is an amazing cook.
