.......what did I do yesterday and today??? XD Mostly played enstars and watched shit on youtube, I think? A riveting existence, I know.

Uhhhhh I changed my firefox theme for the first time since 2021? I'd been rocking a grayscale Persona 5 one - the stripe-y looking stars as a repeating pattern - but someone in the chat was talking about using a cute cherry blossom theme and then I wanted to look at cherry blossom themes because Kohaku and now I have a cute animated theme :D

CHANGE IS BIG, OKAY. I'm a creature of habit, especially with tech.

I love Mayoi ;w; He was one of my faves from the beginning and he's remained that way over the past year+ I've been playing. He's also gonna be the third character to hit rank A, after Kohaku and Madara ♥

maaaaaaybe I don't have a lot to update on because I've been having a bad pain week, so I just haven't done much :T Which sucks, but like, whatcha gonna do? Hopefully I'll feel better this weekend, since Alex is coming down on Saturday and I don't wanna feel like shit the whole time.

Okay, now that Adonis's spotlight time has come to engstars, I can finally read the story. The whole thing is vaguely D&D themed - it's called Dungeons & Druid after all - but the story isn't vague about it at all. It's D&D in all but name XD And it's delightful. Like. The event story is only 5 chapters + some minitalks, but I enjoyed every second of it.


but seriously, what's not to love about this theming???? also don't mind that I'm over halfway to a copy of Adonis...

ANYWAY. I'm still recovering from yesterday, because apparently I overdid it and stressed myself? my body??? out too much ;w; Liz and Pat went to see Princess Mononoke because it's playing in theaters this weekend, but I was too exhausted mentally (and maybe physically?) to go along. At least I saw it in theaters when it first came out, because I was lucky enough to have an older cousin who took me along.

OH MY GOD RIGHT HOW COULD I FORGET!!!! MERGE MANSIONS THE ENSTARS MERGE GAME HAS RETURNED!!!!!!!!!!! It started last night in CN (and I guess we'll get it in engstars after Adonis's spotlight time is over) and I am having so much fun with it!!!!! I usually don't get multiple copies of cards in CN because I'm f2p + it's not my main focus, but since I can't play it in ENG yet.......I'm already almost halfway to my first copy of Tetora and it's been less than 24 hours XD

ALSO!!!!!!!! I MANAGED TO PULL HINATA FROM THE GACHA IN ONE 10 SCOUT??????????

SO THAT WAS SHOCKING AND EXCITING!!!!!!! I'm worried he won't be as kinda in engstars, which will suck because he's a dance-based blue card just like the maxed out Yuta I have so I would really like to pull him. ALSO HIS OUTFIT IS JUST REALLY GOOD!!!

The kitchen is kinda trashed and I'm not feeling great, so I ordered Chinese for dinner...nom nom nom. It's not here yet, but it's my reward for uhhhhhhh finishing this entry and also not just taking a nap in the lovesac. I almost just curled up with Lumos earlier, so I'm gonna call it a win that I didn't.

OH. YES. CHILI'S WAS REALLY GOOD LAST NIGHT I had a nice time!!!! We went to one we don't usually go to because traffic was really bad, but it was delightfully predictable. It Just Tastes Like Chili's, and sometimes that's exactly what you're in the mood for. It was very comforting~

okay soooooooooooooooooooo let's not start with how much Double Face is on there...I'm a man who knows what he wants~ And sometimes what I want is murder boyfriends, as if that's so wrong ♥

My dream shuffle unit is one Liz and I came up with, affectionately known as "autism hours: the shuffle" because...well......look at them. It's every flavor of autism in one unit :D And Wataru & Nagisa would finally get to perform together, instead of their eternal "ships passing in the night" duo experience.

Kaname and Jun are moirails for lyfe, I don't make the rules, they're just the palest of pale and I blame Obbligato for how insane it made me about Kaname fucking Tojou. GODDAMN.

Everything else is pretty self-explanatory I think???? KEEP OUT best enstars song; I had it on repeat for so much of last year and it still brings a smile to my face every time I hear it ;w;

Other than that, I finally started working on the descriptions for my icons. Now that I have 300+ of them, it's pretty daunting, but I'm trying to tell myself I can just pick away at them, bit by bit, and eventually they'll be done. Like, they definitely won't ever be done if I don't start, sooooo.....

I was up until 5 in the fucking morning grinding out the last of the jp enstars event....and then woke up at, uh, 8:45 am. So. I'm sleep deprived but jazzed about idol boys? Which is, I think, my natural state these days XD

(Liz is working from home and I'm sitting across from them and I get to see them being so cute in their meeting it's precious)

ANYWAY. Let's do this in some sort of order...

I didn't end up going super hard in Puffy☆Bunny, probably due to me blowing all my fucking dia on Kohaku (worth it!!!!!), but I did get at least one copy of everyone. So now they can all be Easter-themed jackasses XD However, since I wasn't constantly grinding, I decided to reread the first ever enstars story I read: Black Snow (because I started playing in the middle of La Mort, and I'm still sad I didn't manage to get Ritsu).

Because it was the first thing going on when I started, I developed a fondness for basically everyone in La Mort...despite knowing next to nothing of what was going on. Now that it's been a few months and I've read...a lot.......I wanted to see if my first impressions were accurate~

Okay, so now that all that's out of my system, I am also VERY EXCITED for Obbligato to start in engstars this weekend!!!!!!!!! It's starting in the middle of our road trip to Chicago, so I'm planning on reading it to the whole car- because everyone wants to hear an angsty anime audiobook, right? XD Liz does better character voices than me, but they also do most of the driving usually, sooooooo I'll have to do my best to capture everyone's tragic backstories OwO
