Day 1 | In your own space, talk about your Happy Place—the things that give you joy, calms you or keeps you sane.

My Happy Place is my home: a two bedroom apartment in the suburbs of a city that isn't my hometown - but is still one that I've grown to love - with an amazing partner and two cats. I never felt like I had my own place growing up, so having a home that I've built with my wife, decorated with all the fandom prints and figures and etc that I've always loved brings me joy and sanity. It's exactly the kind of place I dreamed of having when I was a teenager, and it's comforting to know that things really did get better for me :D

Ahh it's so nice when you can look back and see you managed to get where you've always dreamed of going. That is a happy place. Congrats ^^

Thank you!!! I wish I could reach back in time and tell my teenage self that yeah, one day it is gonna get better, and you're gonna feel so accomplished. No matter what though, it's a great feeling to be living it :D
